Abstract:

A copper-gold ore in Fujian is a typical copper-gold polymetallic sulfide ore.The useful minerals that can be recovered comprehensively are mainly gold, silver, copper and sulfur.Based on the ore property, the paper conducts the study of mixed flotation-coarse concentrate regrinding-copper and sulfur separation process and investigates the influence of grinding fineness, inhibitor and collector on flotation indexes. The results show that the closed-circuit test obtain the copper concentrate with copper grade 23.61 % and gold grade 185.00 g/t,and the recovery rates of copper and gold are 95.77 % and 85.86 % respectively;the sulfur concentrate contains 0.03 % copper and 3.30 g/t gold, and the recovery rates of copper and gold are 0.47 % and 5.97 % respectively. The study results play a guiding role in the recycling and industrial production of copper and  gold  in the ore.
