Abstract:

In this paper, the research on gold extraction from arsenic gold concentrate by catalytic pressure oxidation-cyanidation process was conducted, and the influence of sodium nitrite dosage, oxidation temperature, sulfuric acid dosage and oxygen partial pressure on catalytic pressure oxidation performance was investigated. The results show that with optimal conditions:sodium nitrite 50 kg/t,sulfuric acid 135 kg/t,oxidation temperature 200 ℃,oxygen partial pressure 0.6 MPa and oxidation time 2.0 h,the gold leaching rate is 97.65 %.However, the dissolution rate of gold in the process of catalytic pressure oxidation is 24.25 %.Activated carbon was used to adsorb the acid oxidation solution, and the gold adsorption rate reached 99.51 %.This process can effectively treat arsenic  gold concentrate, with good indexes.
