The implementation of the Civil Code is more strict on the regulated management of mining enterprises and legal risk prevention.Under the circumstances,it matters to the survival and development of mining enterprises to revise and perfect regulations in time,reinforce regulated management and prevent legal risk,based on the green principles and humanitarian ideology of the Civil Code.Therefore,the paper analyzed the risks and influences the Civil Code has imposed on mining enterprises,proposed corresponding measures that are beneficial for mining enterprises to realize regulated management and prevent legal risks on lawful basis.
