The blasting disturbance in the excavation and approach mining process for the ore bodies with fragmented surrounding rock in Dongzhuangzi belt of Canzhuang Gold Mine damages surrounding ore rock,and leads to unstable roof and two sides,low utilization rate of boreholes,great mining loss and dilution,and increasing safety risks.In light of these problems,the study combined theoretical calculation and field tests,classified the blasting conditions in Dongzhuangzi ore section,and achieved smooth blasting by determining reasonable blasting parameters under different engineering geological conditions,meeting the requirement to control the smooth formation of roof and two sides,achieving safe and efficient mining and significant economic and social benefits.The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
