The oxidation rate of the surface oxide ore in a copper mine in Heilongjiang is 42.37 %.The direct metallurgical leaching of copper only has a leaching rate about of 60 %.In order to utilize these copper resources,based on the ore property,experimental research on the blending of oxide ore and sulfide ore is carried out,and the copper flotation index is investigated.The results show that with the blending ratio of oxide ore being 20 %-30 %(i.e.oxidation rate is 19.60 %-23.84 %) and optimal test conditions,good indexes can be obtained:copper grade of copper concentrates reaches over 20 % and copper recovery rate reaches over 85 %,after once roughing,three times cleaning,three times scavenging+roughing concentrate regrinding.The application of the research results achieves good production index.
