Experimental study on the ore separability of Xiaohekou Gold Mine

Abstract:

The ore in Xiaohekou Gold Mine has relatively high sulfur content,and the gold mainly exists in the form of pyrite inclusion gold.In light of the ore property,on the basis of exploring all-sliming cyanidation,flotation-flotation concentrate cyanidation,single flotation and bulk flotation-regrinding-sulfur inhibition and gold flotation processes for gold extraction,the bulk flotation-regrinding-sulfur inhibition and gold flotation process is selected as the suitable gold extraction process,on which condition tests are carried out.The results show that with regrinding fineness of -0.047 mm accounting for 80 % and the optimal reagent regime,the bulk flotation-regrinding-sulfur inhibition and gold flotation process can achieve the gold concentrate with productivity 5.40 %,gold grade 46.23 g/t and gold recovery rate 79.00 %.
