Abstract:

The thin and medium thick complex inclined ore bodies occurring in the structural alteration fracture zone have the characteristics of strong alteration, broken surrounding rock near the ore, poor stability and so on.On the basis of the mining conditions of Baiyinhaer Mine, sublevel shrinkage caving mining method is selected for mining. The ore body flow parameters are tested and calculated according to the random medium ore drawing theory, and based on the similar simulation test of ore drawing, the stope structure parameters are analyzed. On the basis of rock mechanics test and on-site structural plane investigation, the quality index of broken rock mass is evaluated and the rock mass mechanical parameters are analyzed, and the support effect of mining roadway is numerically simulated. The results show that when the sublevel shrinkage caving mining method is adopted, the minimum side hole angle of the blasthole is 45 °,and the caving step is 2 m when the sublevel height is 13 m;the sublevel mining should be done step by step to avoid multi-stage simultaneous mining. The research results provide theoretical basis for safe and efficient mining in Baiyinhaer Mine.
