Abstract:

The gold in a certain oxidized gold ore in Guinea,Africa,is distributed in the fissure of gangue minerals in the form of fine particles.According to the ore property,a gravity-leaching process is carried out based on stage grinding and has achieved good index:the total recovery of gold is 96.60 %;gold concentrate with a grade of 129.82 g/t and a recovery of 62.03 % can be obtained by Nelson gravity separation;the gold grade in the tailings from gravity separation is reduced to 0.12 g/t after environment-friendly agent leaching, and the gold leaching rate is 34.58 %.The research results provide technical support for the development and utilization of overseas resources for Chinese enterprises.
