The paper takes a sulfur concentrate containing gold,silver and copper as the research subject,studies the joint flowsheet of boiling furnace roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation leaching,investigates the operations such as roasting,impurity removal from calcines,and gold and silver leaching.The results show that the joint flowsheet of boiling furnace roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation leaching can comprehensively recover each valuable element;under optimal process parameters,sulfur recovery rate by roasting is 97.57 %,copper leaching rate by acid leaching is 66.45 %,sulfur leaching rate is 88.28 %,arsenic leaching rate is 50.70 %,gold leaching rate by cyanidation leaching is 89.61 %,silver leaching rate is 43.74 %;gold grade in acid leaching residue is 5.10 g/t,silver grade is 20.53 g/t,iron grade is 65.58 %,the index is good;acid leaching solution can be used to further recover valuable elements.
