Abstract:

Conventional method for palladium recovery has high cost and low separation efficiency and is fit for high palladium content. So,in the test, the palladium from waste colloidal palladium activation solution was recovered by liquid membrane extraction. At the same time, the effects of the dosage of internal phase, the dosage of flowing carrier, the dosage of surfactant, the oil internal ratio, the ratio of emulsion to water, the external pH on the extraction rate of palladium were discussed. The results show that when the membrane phase is composed of 9 % N503,4 % Span80,2 % liquid paraffin, and 85 %sulfonated kerosene, the internal reagent was 0.2 mol/L EDTA solution, the oil internal ratio was 1:1,and the emulsion to water ratio was 1:5,and the external pH is 2.0,the extraction effect is the best withe liquid membrane, with the extraction rate of palladium reaching 96.6 %.The method is more efficient, lower in cost and higher in palladium recovery, and fit for low palladium content.
