Abstract:

Copper smelting slag is the smelting residual from pyrogenic process of matte production and gold collection. It is very important to establish the determination method for impurities such as Pb,Zn and Ni for the control of bottom blowing furnace smelting process. The experiment uses nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid to dissolve samples, inductive coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry to determine Pb,Zn,Ni,Sb,Bi and As,and chooses Pb 220.353 nm,Zn 213.856 nm,Ni 231.604 nm,Sb 206.833 nm,Bi 190.241 nm and As 193.75 nm as the analysis spectrum line. The results show that when the linearity range of calibration curve is 0-100 mg/L,the related linear coefficients all exceeds 0.999;the detection limits of Pb,Zn,Ni,Sb,Bi and As are 0.002 7 mg/L,0.000 6 mg/L,0.000 9 mg/L,0.008 4 mg/L,0.006 3 mg/L and 0.014 4 mg/L;the RSD of determination results is 0.15 %-4.45 %,the recovery rate of reference materials is 98.48 %-104.44 %.The method is accurate and precise and can meet the requirement of actual production.
