Abstract:

Smelting intermediate materials, such as copper smelting dust, have become new raw materials for smelting enterprises to extract valuable elements such as selenium and tellurium. However, its composition is complex, the range of each element content is wide, and there are no corresponding national analysis standards. The copper smelting dust sample was dissolved with saturated ammonium hydrogen fluoride, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid.Tartaric acid was used to mask the interference of antimony and inhibit the hydrolysis of selenium and tellurium.Consequently,a determination method of selenium and tellurium in copper smelting dust was established by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry with Se 196.090 nm and Te 238.578 nm as analytical lines. The relative standard deviation of the determination method was 1.07 %-3.11 %,and the recovery rate of reference materials was 97.70 %-104.20 %.The accuracy and precision of meet the actual production requirements.
