Abstract:

The copper grade of certain copper oxide ores is 1.24 % with free copper oxide accounting for 93.65 %.Based on the ore property, the study on the flotation flowsheet is carried out, investigating the influence of grinding fineness and reagent dosage on mineral processing indexes. The results show that with grinding fineness -0.074 mm accounting for 70 %,sodium sulfide and ammonium sulfide used as vulcanizing agent, and isoamyl xanthate and benzyl hydroxy valeric acid used as collector, the process including twice roughing, twice cleaning and twice scavenging for run-of-mill ores and concentration before reprocessing for middlings, can obtain good processing indexes:copper grade 30.11 %,copper recovery rate 89.79 %,silver grade 954.90 g/t,silver recovery rate 91.46 %.
