Based on the comprehensive study of field geological survey and related data of large and medium-sized gold deposits such as Guoluolongwa,Asiha,Walega and Seri in Gouli integrated exploration area of Qinghai Province, this paper analyzes the metallogenic elements of gold deposits and discusses the significance of prediction. The results show that the formation age of the gold deposits in the area should be late Indosinian, and the mineralization is restricted by the post orogenic environment of the closed collision and extension of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean; Gold deposits are closely related to the Paleoproterozoic Jinshuikou rock group, and the distribution area of gold deposits is consistent with the distribution area of Jinshuikou rock group. It is speculated that the Jinshuikou rock group is the source layer of gold deposits;Late Indosinian magmatism provided heat source and ore-forming materials for the formation of gold deposits;the multi-stage fault structure in the area is closely related to the mineralization of gold deposits, the Xiangride-Delong fault in the area controls the formation of gold deposits, the lateral direction of ore bodies and the ore-bearing elevation, and is the ore-conducting and ore-controlling fault in the area;the NE,NW and SN secondary faults are important ore-bearing faults. The gold metallogenic elements can be summarized as:Paleoproterozoic Jinshuikou rock group,Late Indosinian magmatic rocks, internal and external contact zone fault structure trinity. The prospecting and exploration work in Gouli area and its surrounding area should focus on both sides of the Xiangride-Delong fault, and search for gold deposits in the early-middle Triassic granodiorite and Jinshuikou rock group;drilling and other exploration works should be arranged in deep ore prospecting according to its lateral regulation.
