Optimization of support for skarn-type soft rock roadway in Taiping mining company and its application

Abstract:

The reasonable selection of bolt support parameters is an important basis for realizing the effect of bolt support,and the reasonable design and optimization of bolt support parameters can improve the effectiveness and relevance of support.In the case study of the support difficulties in the skarn-type copper and iron deposit of Taiping mining company,bolt support schemes with different parameters were designed by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation and comparison with the original support scheme,and the optimization was studied.Based on the field measurement of the broken zone,the reasonable bolt length was determined by theoretical calculation to be 2.0 m;Secondly,a three-dimensional numerical model of underground bolt support was established by Flac3D software,and the strain-softening intrinsic model is used to describe the characteristics of the skarn soft rock,calculate and analyze the support schemes with different bolt inter-row spacing.By analyzing the displacement of the roof and bottom of the roadway and the two sides,and comparing the plastic zone area of the roadway section,the inter-row spacing between the bolts was determined to be 800 mm×800 mm.The reasonable selection of support parameters provides technical support for the safe and efficient production of the mine.
