Gold fraud financing cases have occurred from time to time,adversely affecting the reputation of gold companies.With the construction of the domestic gold financial derivatives market,there are many ways to finance gold companies.This paper introduced gold pledge financing,discussed the innovative ideas of gold futures and options in the financing of gold companies,explained them in the form of case studies,and finally put forward new ways and ideas of derivative tools of applied futures and options in the gold pledge financing process,providing references for gold companies to broaden their financing channels.
