Application of downward approach cementation filling mining method based on innovative level merging and stope merging process in Qianhe Gold Mine

Abstract:

The production efficiency is low and the mining period is long when downward approach cementation filling mining method is used in Shengou mining district of Qianhe Gold Mine.In order to solve the problems,lower mining cost and improve ore drawing efficiency,the study,based on downward approach cementation filling mining method,combined the method of drawing ores with small remotely controlled rock loader and level merging and stope merging  for stope layouts,optimizing downward approach cementation filling mining method.The field production practice shows that after the combination of the method of drawing ores with small remotely controlled rock loader and level merging and stope merging stoping process was adopted in the stope,the stope layouts were optimized,the production efficiency was improved,the mining loss rate was reduced.The process has good outcome and can be used as reference by similar mines.
