Abstract:

The gold minerals in a gold ore have fine disseminated grain size and complex occurrence characteristics. In addition to the symbiotic relationship with pyrite and arsenopyrite, they are also closely related to the dissemination of gangue minerals.Based on the property of the ores, the flotation process was studied and the optimal process parameters and process flow were determined. The results show that when the one-stage grinding fineness of -0.045 mm accounted for 50 %,and the closed-circuit test on two-stage grinding two-stage separation-middling regrinding process was carried out, good indexes were obtained, for example, the gold grade in the gold concentrates is 35.66 g/t,the gold recovery rate is 90.02 %,and the gold grade in the tailings is 0.38 g/t.
