Optimization and application of pillarless sublevel caving mining method in Sunite Gold Mine

Abstract:

When the gently inclined-inclined thick ore bodies are mined by pillarless sublevel caving mining method,the stope is arranged perpendicular to the ore bodies and affected by the ore body occurrences,leading to great mining loss and dilution.According to the technical conditions for ore body mining,many optimization plans are adopted based on the previous mining method:the straight cut shaft is changed into inclined cut shaft,the level approach is changed into ramp approach,the approach is changed into trench,the cut groove combining cut drift and cut shaft is changed into fan-shaped medium-long hole blasting cut groove.Engineering practice shows that after optimization,the construction load is reduced,the mining and excavation cost is lowered as well as the ore dilution and mining loss rate.The optimization is worth promotion in similar mines.
