Abstract:
With the rapid development of domestic economy,market economy is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to ensure a steady development in the competitive market,enterprises have to improve their management system continuously.As an important enterprise management means,a scientific and equitable performance evaluation system is vital to the stable and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper has put forward some suggestions for the implementation of performance evaluation in terms of its existing problems and the characteristics of mining enterprises so as to provide references for mining enterprises in formulating,improving as well as optimizing the system.
