Abstract:

The rock mechanical test system and acoustic emission signal collection system are used, obtaining the acoustic emission evolution rules and the relation between acoustic emission characteristic parameters and stress-stress strain curve of the test specimen,a gangue-coal ash cemented filling body, with different curing period1 d,3 d,7 dunder different curing temperatures(20 ,50 ,75 ,90 ).The research shows that with the same curing period, the initial tangent modulus of test specimen stress-stress strain curve decreases with higher curing temperature;the acoustic emission number peak of the test specimen increases with the strength of the specimen when the curing temperature increases in certain range, which indicates relatively close correlation between the acoustic emission signal variation and the damage degree and compressive strength variation of the internal structure of the specimen, for example the acoustic emission number reaches the peak when the stress reaches the peak. Thus, the time of failure and damage of the test specimen can be judged based on the acoustic emission signal.
