Physical property analysis and detection method comparison for 3D hard gold products

Abstract:

The physical property of 3D hard gold products is analyzed by means of metalloscope,SEM,EDS and TG-DSC comprehensive thermal analyzer.The results of 3 methods,namely X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and fire assay cupellation,are compared.The results show that due to the different mechanism of each method,the results differ greatly for the same hard gold product by different detection methods,in the way X-ray fluorescence spectrometry>inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry>fire assay cupellation.It is recommended that the fire assay cupellation method be used for the detection.
