Abstract:

A large number of ore bodies and pillars are left in southwest wing of Hongling Lead-Zinc Mine, resulting in overstocking of ore bodies and waste of resources. Therefore,it is of great significance to mine these ore bodies. To ensure the safety of workers in stope, the mine production capacity, and the stability of ore rock,4 mining methods were proposed, such as outside-vein upward slicing and filling mining method. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the 4 mining methods and their technical and economic indexes, the best mining method was chosen as the in-vein upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method. The field industrial application was conducted, and the results show that the stope production capacity of this method is 150 t/d,the ore dilution rate and the mining loss rate are 6 %,which meet the production capacity requirements of the mine and effectively reduce the ore loss. The method is worth promotion.
