Abstract:

The ore bodies at 4th exploration line-12th exploration line at the wings of Fujia Mine are relatively fragmented steeply inclined medium-thick ore bodies, which can not be mined in large scale and are low-grade.Based on the characteristics and current status of mining, the caving mining technology that combines caving and block caving was chosen through discussion. The paper in detail introduced the layout of mining preparation cutting project, mining processes and the key points of caving technology, while the problems taking place in mining are explored as well as their solutions.Engineering application shows that flexible caving mining processes are used according to the occurrence conditions of copper bodies, and 39 460 t ores have been mined, creating 36.802 million yuan profits, which are significant economic benefits.
