A gold mine,deep in the mountain at 3 500 m elevation in Tajikistan,has harsh mining environment,long of winters,with great temperature gap of day and night and no power supply.According to the circumstances,many technical measures are adopted,such as use of diesel generator units,parallel retreat slicing construction of piles,solution layout of titration leaching,geotechnical cloth covering to protect HDPE film,change of titration leaching pipe layouts on the slope,use of highly efficient scale inhibitor,optimization of adsorption system pipe design,implementation of titration leaching in the locally best season,successfully completing the construction and operation of the heap leaching fields.The gold leaching rate reaches 69.05 % in production practice,and the leaching effect is good.
