Abstract:

In order to realize the automated operation of the backfill loop pipe conveying process,an automated backfill slurry loop pipe test system is developed.The system is mainly composed by subsystems such as batching system,pumping system,monitoring system,pipeline system and automatic control system with PLC programming controller as the core.The test of the slurry rheological parameters and characteristics such as the  proportioning of the filling material,the slurry concentration,the slurry fowrheological rate,the slurry flow rate,and the slurry temperature can be completed by the system,and the correlation curve between the parameters is automatically drawn based on the test data.The results show that with wide flow control range,various pipeline layouts,keyboard operation,high integration and convenient and reliable use,the system is important basic equipment for research and analysis in the field of mining engineering,which also provides an automated test and education environment for education and research.
