Abstract:

In view of the problems existing in the drilling process in the upward fan-shaped medium-long hole stope of the southeast ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine, such as large deviation of drilling hole, poor control of roofs and sides after blasting, high blasting lump rate and long construction period of cutting shafts, etc.,through the customized use of special rod stabilizer for rock drilling, the use of vertical holes in the blasthole design, the addition of auxi-liary rows in the original two rows of blasthole design, the adoption of hole spacing of different parameters in different rocks, the increase of blasting scale and the length of hole blockage and other measures to optimize the upward medium-long hole blasting scheme, the optimized  measures and schemes of shaft sinking by single-time upward fan-shaped medium-long hole blasting are applied in situ in the test stope. The results show that compared with the original method, the borehole deviation is reduced from 15 m hole depth with deviation 2.0-2.5 m to 1.0-1.5 m,the deviation rate is reduced by 50 %-60 %,the roof and side are relatively flat after blasting, the blasting lump rate is reduced to less than 10 %,and the construction period of 15 m cutting shaft is shortened. The optimized scheme solves the problems existing in the upward fan-shaped medium-long hole blasting in the mine, and has important application value and theoretical significance in improving the economic benefit of the mine and realizing the designed mine production.
