Optimization and application of smart ball addition system in Dayingezhuang Gold Mine

Abstract:

Dayingezhuang Gold Mine has optimized ball addition system on its layout design,monitoring control and equipment selection,completed the automatic control and detection of key equipment in the ball addition system such as self-walking magnet sucker vehicle,ball addition device,bucket elevator,and achieved smart control of the ball addition process.The smart ball addition system measures the consumption of steel balls according to actual ore amount in production,and controls the ball addition based on the steel ball consumption rate in simulated ball mills.Industrial application shows that the smart ball addition system makes good grade match combination out of the ball diameter in ball mills,and thus improves grinding effect and lowers grinding energy consumption and production cost.Plus,the system is easy to install,precise and comprehensive in monitoring,operates safe and reliable.
