The Jinchanggouliang Gold Field is a renowned gold field in eastern Inner Mongolia and western Liaoning.The deposits in it are typical thin-vein type gold deposits and ore bodies are distributed in groups,mostly controlled by the NW and near SN structures.The ore body types are mostly polymetallic sulfide types and altered rock types.Many years’ production and exploration achievements and on-depth analysis of the ore-forming geological body,ore-forming structures and mineralization constitute the basis to construct the Trinity metallogeny of the Jinchanggouliang Gold Field,which predicts the gold field has no single metallogenic geological body,that there are prospecting potentials deep and at the fringe,and that there might be new type metallogeny.These guide next-step prospecting.
