Since the north wing ore bodies in Songxian Shanjin strikes short,has narrow average thickness,small ore body dip angle,low geologic grade and poor rock stablity,besides higher safety investment and risks,it costs much and requires huge investment for mining and cutting engineering to use panel upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method.For this kind of ore bodies,the paper put forward an in-vein solid waste free targeted mining method,which builds artificial roadways to facilitate transportation,manually sets up steel pass to facilitate traffic,ore drawing,ventilation and drainage.When mining is finished,mechanized ore drawing and equipment shifting are conducted through in-vein suspending of 1 m3 scooptram.Layered filling mining method is used for filling to improve mining efficiency.Technical and economic comparison are carried out against the precious mining method.The result turns out that in-vein solid waste free targeted mining method is better in economic benefits,saves the construction of excavation projects such as section roadways and stope connection roadways as well as the engineering cost by 232 thousand yuan,generates no waste rocks from excavation and meets the goal of in-vein solid waste free mining.The field test results show that the mining method is precise in mining,high in mining efficiency,low in mining dilution and loss,small in safety investment,and profitable in economy,promising in promotion.
