Pakrut Gold Mine is about to enter the deep mining stage,and it is necessary to carry out studies on the mechanical properties of deep rocks.Studies on its rock mass performance are carried out by the RQD value survey method and compressive performance tests.The results show that the rock RQD values are generally less than 50 % and the quality of rock mass is relatively poor.The uniaxial compressive strength,peak strain and elastic modulus of the orebodies are higher than the surrounding rock of the upper and lower,where the orebodies uniaxial compressive strength reaches twice that of surrounding rock of upper and lower walls,and the destruction pattern of the rocks is dominated by brittle failure,and engineering practices should pay more attention to the support of surrounding rock of the upper and lower walls.
