Abstract:

Chemical analysis, polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscopy and other detection techniques are used to carry out process mineralogy study on the raw ores of Hongbu and Matang mining area and the mixed raw ores of the concentrator in a gold mine from Shandong. The results show that the gold grade of the mixed raw ores is 2.52 g/t,and the silver grade is 2.29 g/t;the metal minerals are mainly pyrite, and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz and feldspar;the gold-bearing minerals are mainly pyrite and a small amount of chalcopyrite. The type of gold minerals in the raw ores of Hongbu mining area is silver-bearing native gold, with an average particle size of 18.58 μm.The occurrence of gold is mainly wrapped gold. The type of gold minerals in the raw ores of Matang mining area is native gold, with an average particle size of 9.48 μm,and the occurrence of gold is mainly wrapped gold.Based on the results of the process mineralogy study,it is recommended to use the raw ore blending ratio of Hongbu mining area and Matang mining area 31,in order to provide process mineralogy basis for the optimization of ore-dressing processes.
