The low gold grade of a gold ore,which is only 0.88 g/t,makes conventional flotation process,with the gold grade of gold concentrates only being 8.22 g/t.In order to further improve the gold grade of gold concentrates,flotation condition tests according to the ore property are carried out.The results show that when specially effective collector JP217 that is good in collecting and selecting gold minerals while poor in capturing sulfide minerals like pyrite,and frother MIBC that carries less ore slime and less sticky foam are used,and proper amount of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate is added to enhance scavenging for gold flotation,the gold grade of concentrates and gold recovery rate can be 23.48 g/t and 77.16 % respectively under optimal conditions,which is good index.
