Experimental study of shotcrete in mining preparation roadway of Jinshandian Iron Mine

Abstract:

In order to study the shotcrete support performance in the Jinshandian Iron Mine roadways,the average compressive strength of the shotcrete revised is 17.05 MPa obtained by indoor compressive strength and deformation strength tests;the elastic modulus ranged from 7.90-14.55 GPa with an average of 12.28 GPa;the poisson ratio was 0.267-0.330 with an average of 0.287.The numerical simulation of the shotcrete support after the roadways were excavated was analyzed by Flac3D software,the results of which showed that the current shotcrete support can suppress the deformation of the rock in the roadway,and the optimal period of support was analyzed;the compressive strength and the reason why the deformation strength values were lower than the specifications were analyzed and corresponding solutions were given.
