Abstract:

The designed capacity of southeast mining district,Chambishi Copper Mine,is 3 million t/a.Automation ore-drawing system is adopted. In order to make full use of the automated ore-drawing equipment,it is required that the ore-drawing channels have flat floors. The uneven bottom structure causes problems such as low ore-drawing efficiency, high equipment loss and high ore-drawing cost, especially in mining processes such as upper slicing approach mining and lower slicing downward medium-long hole mining in mines. In order to solve these problems, through continuous early-stage exploration, the lower slicing downward medium-long hole mining method adopted hole-by-hole micro-differential referring to the technology used in open-pit mines and the application was successful. The top plate and both sides of the stope are supported in advance before the lower slicing blasting, which guaranteed the security of the staff and equipment during subsequent operation. The successful application of the process guarantees mine automation system and lays the foundation for safe and efficient completion of objectives.
