According to the property of a metamorphic altered rock type gold ore with low sulfur content and dissemination of uneven gold grain size,the study of replacing conventional all-sliming cyanidation carbon-in-leach process by staged grinding and dressing(gravity separation) was carried out.The results show that the gold grade in staged grinding and dressing(gravity separation) tailings is consistent to that in the leaching residue of all-sliming cyanidation,meaning that the process can be the replacement of all-sliming cyanidation process in achieving green separation;the process of two-stage grinding＋three-stage Nelson gravity separation＋gravity tailing chute scavenging＋final tailings magnetic separation is used and the gold grade of gold concentrates(smelting) obtained is 11 118.47 g/t,gold grade in middlings(for sale)is 26.97 g/t,gold grade in tailings is 0.22 g/t,and total gold recovery rate is 95.21 %.
