Abstract:

An arsenic-bearing gold concentrate containing 52.80 g/t gold,6.31 % arsenic and 21.50 % sulfur is a typical refractory complex gold concentrate. The recovery of gold was not satisfactory by direct cyanidation and cyanidation after oxidation roasting and two-stage roasting pretreatment.Three-stage process (one-stage reduction roasting,two-stage acid leaching and three-stage oxidation roasting) was used in the experiment, and the experimental conditions were optimized. The results show that under optimal conditions, the gold leaching rate can be 93.60 % after reduction roasting-acid leaching-oxidation roasting-cyanidation treatment,6.80 percentage points higher than that by traditional two-stage roasting-cyanidation process, realizing the high value utilization of resources, providing technical basis for highly efficient recovery of arsenic-bearing gold concentrate.
