An overseas refractory gold copper ore has unstable ore-dressing indicators and high costs for combined reagents.Based on these,the paper carried out an experimental study on flotation conditions and investigated the effect of grinding fineness,collector types and so on.The results show that under the optimal conditions obtained,when an efficient HB-421 collector is used,compared to onsite combined reagents,the copper and gold recoveries obtained are 1.50 and 2.70 percentage points higher respectively,saving reagent cost by 26 800 yuan per month,creating significant economic profits.
