Abstract:

A lead zinc ore is rich in gold and silver, with grades 2.4 g/t and 90 g/t.The lead and zinc grades combined are over 7 %.To comprehensively recover the valuable element gold from the ore,and concentrate the gold in the lead concentrates to the maximum extent, the experimental study on the beneficiation was carried out, investigating the effect of grinding fineness, reagent regime, etc.,on the recovery indicators. The results show that under the optimal conditions,in addition to the new reagent regime of combined collector 25# dialkyl dithiophosphate+ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate, the closed test and industrial test both achieved good index;in field production, the lead concentrates obtained have lead grade 49.51 %,lead recovery rate 91.34 %,gold grade 14.32 g/t,gold recovery rate 37.23 %,the gold recovery rate is 4.02 percentage points higher than that of the original reagent regime.
