Abstract:
Experimental study is carried out on the lead and zinc separation process, reagent regime and silver recovery of a low grade lead, zinc and silver polymetallic ore and the preferential flotation process suitable for the ore is determined. The results show that the preferential closed-circuit flotation flow sheet can obtain relatively good index and the silver is mainly enriched in lead concentrates; in the lead concentrates, lead, zinc and silver grade is 45.52 %, 2.26 % and 2470 g/t respectively, and lead and silver recovery rate is 73.24 % and 58.16 % respectively; in the zinc concentrates, zinc, lead and silver grade is 32.64 %, 0.50 % and 178 g/t respectively, and zinc and silver recovery is 65.86 % and 2.50 % respectively; in the sulfide concentrates, sulfur grade is 36.18 % and sulfur recovery rate is 43.25 %. The lead, zinc, silver and sulfur are effectively separated and recovered. The study can provide technical support for the recovery of the polymetallic ore.
