Abstract:
A gold ore contains arsenic and carbon with fine embedding grains. Part of the gold is encased in pyrite, arsenopyrite and gangue minerals. The gold ore belongs to typical refractory gold ores. According to the ore properties, the experimental study of flotation of run-of-mine ore-cyanidation of flotation tailings-gold concentrate roasting-roasting slag cyanidation was carried out, which thoroughly looked into the effect of grinding fineness, pH modifier and collector on ore-dressing index. The results show that the total gold recovery rate is 73.03 % when flotation of run-of-mine ore-cyanidation of flotation tailings-gold concentrate roasting-roasting slag cyanidation process is used, which provides a foundation for the development and utilization of arsenic-bearing gold resources.
