Abstract: The gold grade of tailings from a gold mine is 1.00 g/t. Based on the study of process mineralogy， the joint process of flotation-low cyanide leaching is determined for comprehensive recovery of gold from tailings. The results show that the flotation process can obtain gold grade 19.32 g/t， gold recovery rate 38.54 % and flotation tailings grade 0.60 g/t； low cyanide leaching of flotation tailings can obtain a gold leaching rate 76.67 %， gold grade in leaching residue 0.14 g/t； total gold recovery rate 85.66 %. The index is satisfactory. The flotation-low cyanide leaching joint process provides a reference for the comprehensive recovery of this type of tailings resources.
