Abstract:
In the case study of a silver polymetallic ore, based on a systematic mineralogy study, a small-scale test is carried out to determine optimal process flow and process conditions. The results show that when the process flow of silver lead partial preferential flotation-zinc recovery from tailings is used, grinding fineness of -0.045 mm accounts for 85 %, CG801 dosage is 2000 g/t, CuSO
4 dosage in zinc flotation is 400 g/t, and so on, good indexes are obtained. Silver and lead in silver lead concentrates are 14999.71 g/t and 25.09 % respectively, silver and lead recovery rates are 87.70 % and 91.82 % respectively; silver and zinc grades in zinc concentrates are 1398.98 g/t and 41.97 %, the silver recovery rate is 1.74 %, the zinc recovery rate is 64.12 %; total silver recovery rate is 89.44 %.
