Abstract: To ensure the best economic operation during the whole lifecycle of mine ventilation systems in Jiama Copper Mine， the ventilation system was simulated by Ventsim mine ventilation 3 D simulation software. And by selecting the structure size of key shafts and lanes in the ventilation network from economic perspectives， it was found that the ventilation systems of superlarge-scale mines had great economic optimization potential. The study can be used as a reference for similar mines.
