Abstract:
With the increase in mining depth, the ore properties of a gold mine concentrator have changed. To optimize the separation index, the crushing process was investigated. By examining the parameters of main equipment, the present situation of energy consumption distribution of field equipment is evaluated; through the JK drop weight test, the ore crushing energy model is established, and the actual energy consumption of crushing equipment is compared with the theoretical minimum energy consumption of ore, so as to realize the benchmark evaluation of on-site crushing energy consumption and predict the space for energy saving and consumption reduction. Modeling with Moly-Cop Tools 3.0 simulation software is used to evaluate the operational efficiency and energy consumption efficiency of each main piece of equipment, which lays a foundation for the transformation and optimized control of the crushing process flow.
