Abstract:
Production operation data from a large-scale oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing furnace in Zhongyuan smelting plant were analyzed to study the main factors affecting copper content in slag, and corresponding control measures were developed. The results showed that the copper content in the slag of the bottom-blowing furnace decreased from above 6 % to 3.32 %, effectively addressing the problem of high copper content in slag in the bottom-blowing furnace under high treatment capacity.
