大型富氧底吹炉熔炼渣含铜的研究及控制

Studies and control of copper content in the smelting slag of large-scale oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing furnace

  • 摘要: 结合中原冶炼厂大型富氧底吹炉生产运行数据,研究分析渣含铜的主要影响因素,并制定相应调控措施。通过工艺参数优化,底吹炉熔炼渣含铜从6 %以上降至3.32 %,解决了底吹炉在高处理能力情况下的渣含铜偏高问题,为类似企业提供技术借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Production operation data from a large-scale oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing furnace in Zhongyuan smelting plant were analyzed to study the main factors affecting copper content in slag, and corresponding control measures were developed. The results showed that the copper content in the slag of the bottom-blowing furnace decreased from above 6 % to 3.32 %, effectively addressing the problem of high copper content in slag in the bottom-blowing furnace under high treatment capacity. This study provides technical references for similar enterprises.
