云南某贫硫化物难处理金矿石选别试验研究

Experimental study on beneficiation of a poor sulfide refractory gold ore in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 云南某难处理金矿石具有嵌布粒度较细、包裹金含量多、有机碳活性高等特点,矿石工艺类型为贫硫化物碳酸盐型难处理金矿石。试验研究了磨矿细度、药剂种类、药剂用量等条件对该矿石选别指标的影响。结果表明:采用氰化浸出,浸渣金品位为1.45 g/t,金浸出率为21.62 %;采用氰化浸出—浮选联合工艺得到的混合精矿金品位为13.79 g/t,总金回收率为76.46 %,对处理同类型矿石具有指导价值。

     

    Abstract: A refractory gold ore in Yunnan is characterized by fine dissemination size, high content of encapsulated gold, and high activity of organic carbon. The ore process type is poor sulfide carbonate type refractory gold ore. The effects of grinding fineness, reagent type, and reagent dosage on the beneficiation indexes of the ore were studied. The results show that using cyanide leaching, the gold grade of leaching residue is 1.45 g/t, and the gold leaching rate is 21.62 %; using the cyanide leaching-flotation combined process, the gold grade of the mixed concentrate is 13.79 g/t, and the total gold recovery is 76.46 %, which has guiding value for treating the same type of ore.
