菱形分段空场嗣后废石胶结充填采矿法及安全保障技术

Diamond-shaped sublevel open stoping with subsequent cemented waste rock backfilling and safety assurance technology

  • 摘要: 菱形分段空场嗣后废石胶结充填采矿法是一种低成本高效率的采矿方法,合理的采矿工艺及其安全保障技术是该采矿方法能够成功应用的关键。通过综合分析杏山铁矿的回采技术条件,提出了适用于该矿山端部矿体合理的菱形分段空场嗣后废石胶结充填开采技术方案;基于理论分析和试验研究,给出了废石胶结充填体强度需求与物料参数设计;采用经验方法、理论计算和数值模拟,分析了充填顶板安全厚度;基于工程经验,确定了废石胶结充填体安全保障措施。研究结果表明,提出的菱形分段空场嗣后废石胶结充填采矿技术方案能够实现杏山铁矿端部矿体安全高效回采,有效保障充填工程稳定性,为同类矿山的安全高效回采提供了有益借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The method of diamond-shaped sublevel open stoping with subsequent cemented waste rock backfilling is a low-cost and high-efficiency mining method, and a reasonable mining process and corresponding safety assurance technologies are key to the successful application of this mining method. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the mining and technical conditions at Xingshan Iron Mine, a suitable technical scheme for diamond-shaped sublevel open stoping with subsequent cemented waste rock backfilling was proposed for the end orebody. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental research, the required strength and material design parameters of the cemented waste rock backfill were determined. The safe thickness of the backfill roof was analyzed using empirical methods, theoretical calculations, and numerical simulations. Based on engineering experience, the safety measures for the cemented waste rock backfill were determined. The results show that the proposed technical scheme for diamond-shaped sublevel open stoping with subsequent cemented waste rock backfilling can enable the safe and efficient extraction of the end orebody at Xingshan Iron Mine, effectively maintain backfill stability, and provide a useful reference for the safe and efficient extraction of similar orebodies in other mines.
