露天矿车减速机齿轮自动化传动系统设计研究

Design of automated gear transmission system for open-pit mine vehicle reducer

  • 摘要: 齿轮传动系统是保障露天矿车减速机正常运行的核心。针对传统传动系统性能较差的问题,研究提出一种新型露天矿车减速机齿轮自动化传动系统。试验结果表明:在仿真试验中,该系统的平均应力及绝对偏差分别为451.07 MP、11.46 MPa,平均疲劳寿命及绝对偏差分别为1.00万h、0.017万h;而传统系统中,双行星系统的平均应力及绝对偏差分别为484.18 MPa、13.69 MP,均疲劳寿命及绝对偏差分别为0.94万h、0.020万h。在实际性能试验中,该系统的平均传送效率及绝对偏差分别为91.28 %和0.86 %;而双行星系统分别为87.94 %和1.07 %。研究提出的自动化传动系统提高了齿轮传动系统的稳定性和效率,优化了齿轮传动系统在露天矿车减速机中的运行性能和可靠性,保障了矿山生产作业的安全进行。

     

    Abstract: The gear transmission system is a core component that ensures the proper operation of open-pit mine vehicle reducers. To address the poor performance of traditional systems, this study proposes a new automated gear transmission system for open-pit mine vehicle reducers. Experimental results show that in simulation experiments, the average stress and absolute deviation of the proposed system are 451.07 MPa and 11.46 MPa, respectively, while those of the dual-planetary system are 484.18 MPa and 13.69 MPa, respectively. The average fatigue life and absolute deviation of the proposed system are 1.00 × 104 h and 0.017 × 104 h, respectively, while those of the dual-planetary system are 0.94 × 104 h and 0.020 × 104 h, respectively. In actual performance experiments, the average transmission efficiency and absolute deviation of the proposed system are 91.28 % and 0.86 %, respectively, while those of the dual-planetary system are 87.94 % and 1.07 %, respectively. The proposed automated transmission system improves the stability and efficiency of gear transmission, enhances the operational performance and reliability of open-pit mine vehicle reducers, and helps ensure the safe operation of mining activities.
