上向水平进路充填采矿法在嵩县金矿的应用

Application of upward horizontal approach backfill mining method in Songxian Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 嵩县金矿主矿体赋存在构造蚀变带内,针对其采用浅孔留矿采矿法存在的采场安全性差、采矿损失贫化大等问题,基于采场作业安全、矿岩地压稳定、降低采矿损失贫化、保证采场生产能力等方面考虑,提出了采用上向水平进路充填采矿法开采,详述了该采矿方法的采准切割工程和回采工艺。现场工业应用表明:上向水平进路充填采矿法采矿损失贫化低,采矿损失率仅为8%,矿石贫化率为12%,作业安全性较之前采用的采矿方法有明显提高,且采场综合生产能力达到130 t/d,技术经济指标能够达到生产要求,使矿山总收益提高,是安全可行、经济有效的采矿方法。

     

    Abstract: The main ore body of Songxian Gold Mine is located in the structural alteration zone. In view of the problems of poor stope safety, high mining loss and dilution existing in the shallow hole shrinkage mining method, based on the considerations of stope operation safety, ore rock ground pressure stability, reducing mining loss and dilution, and ensuring stope production capacity, the upward horizontal approach backfill mining method was proposed. The preparation cutting engineering and stoping technology of this mining method were described in detail. Field industrial application shows that the upward horizontal approach backfill mining method has low mining loss and dilution, with a mining loss rate of only 8 % and an ore dilution rate of 12 %. The operation safety is significantly improved compared with the previous mining method, and the comprehensive production capacity of the stope reaches 130 t/d. The technical and economic indicators can meet the production requirements, improving the total mine revenue. It is a safe, feasible, economical and effective mining method.
